Meet Lina — founder of Simply No Bake
I’m Lina Chen, a Chinese-born home cook living in California with my husband and our two children, Maya and Lucas.

My love for food started early. As a child, I’d spend hours watching my grandmother prepare simple, nourishing meals using fresh plants from her garden — often without using an oven. Her quiet creativity in the kitchen planted a seed in me that never left.

Later, I moved to the U.S. to study finance and build a career in management. That’s where I met my husband — we were colleagues before becoming a family.

Today, I work remotely, raise two little food lovers, and still find myself drawn to the kitchen every single day. I read recipe books like novels, follow food creators, and love reimagining the no-bake dishes of my childhood in new, plant-based ways.

Simply No Bake is where I share those creations with you — fresh, no-fuss recipes made with real ingredients, designed to fit real lives.
